Aaron Hamlin

Aaron Hamlin serves as the Director of the Repligen Performance System at Repligen Corporation since February 2022, after holding the position of Associate Director and Site Lead for Continuous Improvement. Previous experience includes significant roles at SIG SAUER, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the creation and implementation of the LEAN Management System across various business units and the development of an operations training program impacting over 1,800 employees. Earlier roles include Director of Product Management at Agero, Inc., Continuous Improvement Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Operations Excellence Manager at Morpho Detection, LLC, Operations Excellence Manager at EMD Millipore, and Director of Process Engineering at Fidelity Investments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in World History, both obtained from Notre Dame College.
