Terry Oswald

Terry Oswald is an accomplished leader in operations and management within the renewable energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Repsol since November 2021, overseeing utility scale wind and solar projects. With a robust background, prior roles include Vice President at Ultra Electronics Group, responsible for financial performance and strategic development, and VP of Global System Performance and Operations at SunPower Corporation, where Oswald handled P&L for extensive solar installations. Additionally, Oswald has held positions such as Director of Operations at EDP Renováveis, Director of Business Development at VT Group, and VP of Operations at Thermal Energy Corporation. Early career experiences include project leadership roles with DynCorp International and Enron, as well as managerial responsibilities at Halliburton, alongside military service as a Department Head in the US Navy. Terry Oswald holds a BS with Honors in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida.
