Tom R.

Tom R. is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a robust background in operations and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Director at Republic Services since April 2020, Tom previously held roles as Operations Engineering Consultant at ONR Energy LLC and various positions at BHP, including Head of Completions for North America Shale. With prior experience as Staff Reservoir Engineer at Newfield Exploration and Senior Production Engineer at Noble Energy, Tom has demonstrated expertise in completions and production engineering since starting at Halliburton in 2003. Tom holds an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
