Currently serving as General Manager at Resansil Group since September 2022, Luis oversees operations for a Wirtgen Group dealership specializing in equipment, parts, and engineering services throughout Central America and the Caribbean. Additionally, since May 2015, Luis has held the position of General Manager at NDC Group Technology. Prior roles include IT Director at Harps Club USA, Business Intelligence Director and IT Manager at Cubix Latin America, and Chief Information Officer at Circuito Nacional Belfort, C.A. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from IESA and a Systems Engineer degree in Telecommunications from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
