Donald MacKert

Donald Mackert serves as the Technical Director at Research Innovations Incorporated since December 2011, where responsibilities include providing leadership in architecture, big data, cloud computing, and cybersecurity across various programs such as Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE). Prior to this role, Mackert held leadership positions at Raytheon, including Technical Director for Mission Command Development and Senior Principal Engineer/C4I Test and Integration Lead, contributing expertise in cloud computing, cyber operations, and targeting processes. With a solid foundation in C4I systems and significant military experience as a Fire Support SGM in the US Army, Mackert complements practical expertise with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Strayer University and various certifications, including CompTIA A+ and Security+.
