Camilla Eubanks

Camilla Eubanks, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development & Change Management at RTI International, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Camilla was Senior Manager for DxN and Enterprise Resource Planning Change Management at the same organization. Camilla's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Director of Programs and Director of Program Implementation at Provide, Inc. from March 2016 to April 2021, as well as Regional Director and North Carolina State Coordinator at Provide from April 2014 to March 2016. Previous positions include Research and Development Director at West Virginia Focus: Reproductive Education, and Member Services Director and Development Coordinator at the NC Coalition Against Domestic Violence from July 2002 to December 2012. Camilla holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Administration & Management from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, a Nonprofit Management degree from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Women's Studies from Guilford College.
