James Rineer, PE has extensive work experience in engineering and geospatial science & technology. James started working at Agri-Waste Technology, Inc. in 1995 as an Engineer and then moved to Dewberry in 1996 where they held the position of Engineer until 2000. Since 2000, James has been working at RTI International, where they currently serve as the Director of Geospatial Science & Technology.
James Rineer, PE received their Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech from 1990 to 1995. James then pursued further education at North Carolina State University from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a CPC degree in Computer Science.
