Oleg Ilichev

Oleg Ilichev is an experienced finance and investment professional, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner at Altai Ventures since March 2021, and Co-Founder and Lead Member of the Board at Reserv since October 2021. Prior to these roles, Oleg was the Founder and Head of Argo Ventures at Argo Group, where additional positions included Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of US Operations, Vice President and CFO of the Excess and Surplus Lines Segment, and Director of Corporate Finance, from January 2008 to March 2021. Oleg began their career as a Private Equity Associate and Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Bear Stearns Companies from January 2004 to December 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and participation in Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
