Gerald Teh has a diverse work experience in the finance industry, with a strong focus on corporate lending and relationship management. Gerald began their career at St George Bank Limited in 2003 as a Relationship Manager, where they managed a portfolio of property and debenture-based corporate clients. In 2006, they joined GE Capital as an Associate Director - Origination, specializing in corporate lending and debt restructuring. After six years at GE Capital, Gerald joined ANZ Bank as a Senior Relationship Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they became the Director of Axis Capital Partners Pty Ltd, a specialized debt advisory firm that provides innovative financing solutions for individuals and businesses. Gerald'smost recent role was as the CFO of Residentia Group, a rapidly growing wholesaler in the appliance industry. Throughout their career, Gerald has demonstrated expertise in sourcing appropriate financial solutions and has been an instrumental part of various successful business expansions.
Gerald Teh attended Monash University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Residentia products include ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers & air-conditioners, supplied through leading manufacturers across Europe and Asia. Residentia are customer obsessed, with all product designs starting with the end consumer firmly in mind. We are also focussed on forming meaningful relationships with our partner retailers/distributors and aspire to being “best in class” when it comes to our service.
