Kirk Klopfenstein

Kirk Klopfenstein is an experienced executive specializing in finance and customer experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Resideo since March 2020, Kirk oversees global contact centers, customer order management, and training initiatives for the Products and Solutions business. Previously, Kirk held various leadership roles at Resideo, including Vice President of Business Transformation and Chief Financial Officer for the $2.4 billion P&S business unit. Prior experience includes significant positions at Medtronic, leading finance organizations in the Restorative Therapies Group, and roles at The J.M. Smucker Co., Thrivent, Valspar, and PwC. Kirk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Iowa and an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
