Steven Mellare is an accomplished data management professional with extensive experience in leading data teams and developing governance frameworks. Currently serving as the Head of Data Management at Resimac since June 2022, Steven established the company's inaugural data and enterprise technology teams, enhancing platform operations and initiating critical data quality initiatives. Prior to this, Steven was the Director of Data Governance at IAG, where the delivery of the IAG Group Data Governance Framework and standards significantly improved data management practices.
