In 1990, they enrolled in Citrus College, focusing on Italian Language and Psychology. The following year, from 1989 to 1990, they pursued Social Psychology at Mt. San Antonio College. Prior to college, Rafael completed their high school education at South Hills High School, earning their Diploma in 1987.
