Kathy Hoverman

Kathy Hoverman, P.E. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ecological restoration, project management, and environmental sciences. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC since June 2022, Kathy previously held various positions at KCI Technologies, Inc., including Ecological Restoration Lead and Senior Project Manager. Early career experiences include roles as a Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and as both a Field and Lab Technician, where responsibilities encompassed river assessment projects and ecological studies. Additionally, Kathy played professional soccer, having been a reserve goalkeeper for the Washington Freedom and a member of the semi-pro team Hampton Roads Piranhas. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Biology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering - Environmental and Conservation and Environmental Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with further leadership training from the Virginia Natural Resources Leadership Institute.
