Baroness Martin has been serving as the Vice President of Culture and Communications at Resources for Human Development since April 2003. Prior to that, Baroness has been holding the position of Senior Pastor at The King's Table since September 2002.

Founded in 1970, RHD supports more than 160 human service programs across the country, serving tens of thousands of people every year with caring and effective programs addressing intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health, homelessness, addiction recovery and more.
