Joseph Aldy is a Professor of the Practice of Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School since January 2011 and a Fellow at Resources for the Future. Previously, Joseph served as a Senior Economist, Senior Advisor, and Staff Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers from 1997 to 2000. Joseph holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from Harvard University, an AB in Public Policy Studies, and a Master of Environmental Management (MEM) from Duke University, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Water Resources from Duke University.
