Robert Quinn

Robert Quinn is a seasoned Senior VFX Artist currently working at Respawn Entertainment since July 2022, contributing to the visual effects of Apex Legends. Prior experience includes a role as VFX Artist at Cryptic Studios from April 2017 to July 2022, where Robert worked on titles such as "Magic Legends" and "Star Trek Online," and collaborated closely with engineering teams to develop new VFX systems. As the owner-operator of Q3 VFX LLC between January 2020 and May 2021, Robert undertook freelance projects, including the VFX for the Rocket League Free To Play Trailer. Earlier positions include VFX Artist/3D Generalist at PLAYSTUDIOS, where Robert created and optimized VFX for multiple games, and a VFX Artist role at "Whipping Boy" for a competition short film. With a background that includes camera operation and media production, along with service experience in the US Navy, Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Animation and Visual Effects from SAE Expression College, earned between 2012 and 2014.
