Paul Hailey is the Head of Impact & ESG at responsAbility Investments AG since May 2011. Paul has experience in coordinating and managing activities around impact management and ESG analysis for responsAbility's portfolio. Paul also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at HEC Paris from February 2016 to June 2018, teaching a class on "Analysing Risk and Opportunity in Frontier Markets". Prior to that, Paul was an Investment Analyst at PlaNIS, where Paul conducted due diligence of microfinance institutions in Azerbaijan. Paul holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Master of Arts in French and Italian from Pembroke College, University of Cambridge.
