Jeff Santelices has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various companies and roles. Jeff started their career as a strategy consultant at A.T. Kearney, working with Financial Institutions on strategic projects. Jeff then joined Oracle Corporation, where they led a team in industry solutions marketing. After that, they moved to IBM through the acquisition of Corio and served as Vice President and Director of Strategy. Following their time at IBM, they joined Hyperic/SpringSource as Vice President of Sales and later SpringSource as Vice President of Management Sales. Jeff also held leadership positions at TrackVia, Webroot, Apttus, and Mindtickle, before their current role as Chief Revenue Officer at Responsive. Throughout their career, Santelices has demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, services and delivery planning, sales enablement, and driving revenue growth.
Jeff Santelices attended Northwestern University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Jeff then pursued further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 1994 to 1996.
