Nishi Thiara has been working in the customer service industry since 2011. Nishi began their career at TD as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist and later moved into the role of Manager of Customer Service. In 2022, they joined ResQ as a Customer Experience Manager.
Nishi Thiara received a Bachelor's degree in French Studies from York University between 2011 and 2015.
