Keith Short

Keith Short has extensive experience in leadership roles within Restless Development, currently serving as the Head of UK and European Programmes since June 2011. In this capacity, Keith oversees initiatives aimed at empowering young people, including managing significant funds and participating in cross-European programmes focused on gender equality. Previous roles include leadership of the International Programmes unit, where responsibilities encompassed global programme delivery, quality oversight, grant management, and strategic planning. Keith’s background also includes experience at Pilotlight as an Evaluation Officer, evaluating the impact of charities, and an internship at Oxfam in the Programme Funding Department. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Sheffield, Keith has demonstrated a strong commitment to youth engagement and programme effectiveness throughout a diverse career in the nonprofit sector.
