Annie Alberts

Annie Alberts is a seasoned professional in operations and project leadership with extensive experience in retail and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Leader at RH since July 2020, Annie previously held the position of Vice President of Customer and Product Operations at Alex Brands, where responsibilities included establishing customer service operations in California and ensuring efficient inventory management. Annie's earlier experience at Restoration Hardware spanned over a decade, culminating as Director of Merchandise Operations, where contributions included the implementation of a Product Information Management platform and oversight of master data management. Prior roles at Circuit Express involved inside sales operations. Annie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Arizona State University.
