Crystal Laporte

Crystal LaPorte has over 30 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management, talent management, and business partnering. Crystal is currently working as a Senior Director of Human Resources at ResultsCX, where they previously held the roles of Director of Human Resources and Regional Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Crystal worked as an HR Generalist at Lazydays, where they successfully implemented the Halogen Performance Management System and served as an HR business partner to operational leaders. Crystal also worked as a Senior Account Talent Manager at Kelly Services and an HR Generalist at United Cerebral Palsy of GA. Crystal's extensive experience also includes roles at The Home Depot, Neogen Corporation, Willis Manufacturing, Charmilles Technologies Manufacturing Corporation, and Molmec, Inc. Throughout their career, Crystal has made significant contributions such as developing successful staffing and scheduling methods, improving product quality, and designing cost-effective benefit programs.

Crystal LaPorte received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Human Resources, from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies in 2018. Prior to that, Crystal attended Mott Community College, where they studied Computer Science.
