Tracy Miller

Tracy Miller has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Tracy is currently working at ResultsCX as a Senior Director of Application Development, a role they started in August 2021. Prior to this, Tracy was a Software Project Manager at ResultsCX from March 2019 to August 2021.

Before joining ResultsCX, Tracy worked at Frontrunnerit in 2018 as the Owner & Operator of the company.

In 2018, Tracy also had roles at DeviceBits, where they served as a Product Manager Scrum Master and a Software QA Consultant.

Tracy's career in IT started in 1999 at Micro System's, where they held various roles including Director of IT Operations, Help Desk, Service, Sales, and Marketing from June 2005 to March 2018. Before that, they were a Senior Technician and Manager of IT Operations, Help Desk, and Service at the same company from June 1999 to June 2005.

Tracy's earliest work experience was at Micro System's in 1996 where they worked in warehouse and product fulfillment.

Tracy Miller attended Cuyahoga Community College from 1996 to 1997 and studied Business Administration and Management, General. Tracy then attended Ohio University from 1998 to 1999, also studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 2005 to 2006, Tracy attended Hondros College and obtained an Ohio Real Estate License. Tracy has also obtained additional certifications such as "Professional Scrum Master I" and "Professional Scrum Product Owner I" from Scrum.org in 2019, and "Meeting the Challenge of Digital Transformation" from LinkedIn in 2018.
