Joe Strauss, CCIM has a breadth of experience in commercial real estate. Joe currently works as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Retail Specialists, LLC, where they utilize their expertise to meet clients' needs. Previously, Joe served as the VP of Retail Development at Retail Strategies, leading the team in providing tailored solutions for retail growth and success. Before that, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant at Bellator Real Estate & Development, LLC. Joe began their career as a Realtor at The Advantage Realty Group, Inc., specializing in the condominium market in Tuscaloosa before expanding to selling homes county-wide. Prior to that, they served as a Leasing Manager at Cornerstone Management, where they successfully leased new and existing condominiums in Tuscaloosa.
Joe Strauss, CCIM completed their Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate at The University of Alabama from 2004 to 2008.
