Daniela Bergamaschi serves as the General Manager at Retal Italia since November 2020, focusing on aligning the company with the new industrial plan and ensuring compliance with Global Head Office standards. Responsibilities include implementing advanced methodologies and fostering a cultural shift within the organization. Prior to Retal, Daniela spent nearly two decades at Tri-Sure, holding various prominent roles, including EMEA Senior Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Central, East, and South Europe, where notable achievements included revitalizing the German market and restructuring sales operations. Daniela began as Business Unit Director for Italy, overseeing operations, budgeting, and the integration of local systems with global platforms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Università Mercatorum and a Master's degree from ISTUD Business School.
