Erica Alioto

Erica Alioto is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as Chief People Officer at Retool since April 2025. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Global Head of People at Grammarly from January 2021 to September 2023 and was the Chief People Officer at Opendoor from December 2017 to December 2020. Additionally, Erica worked as a Scout at Sequoia Capital from June 2018 to September 2020.
