Ari Taiponen

Ari Taiponen is the Vice President of Sustainability at Retta, specializing in sustainability services for real estate, including energy management and ESG reporting since April 2022. Previously, Ari Taiponen served as the Vice President of Digitalisation and Services at LeaseGreen, where leadership focused on enhancing building energy efficiency through a cloud platform, alongside roles in digitalisation, life cycle services, and project execution. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Schneider Electric from March 2007 to September 2015, holding positions such as Director of Projects and Tender & Contract Manager, focusing on large-scale projects and energy efficiency solutions. Ari Taiponen started the professional journey with a master’s thesis on Industrial Ethernet and holds a Master of Science in Communication Electronics from LUT University, completed in 2006.
