Dustin McCoy has over 17 years of work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Dustin started their career at Sun Microsystems as a Software Engineer in 2003. Dustin later worked at Overwatch Systems as a Software Engineer from 2004 to 2006. McCoy then joined ION Geophysical as a Senior Software Engineer from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they worked at DramaX Ltd as an iOS Engineer and also joined Silicon Laboratories as a Senior Software Engineer. McCoy then joined Paymetric in 2013 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2015, they worked at mobi. as a Software Engineering Team Lead. Later that year, they joined Rev.com as a Software Engineering Team Lead, and eventually became the Director of Engineering in 2017. In this role, they led Rev's customer-facing teams, recruited top talent, provided technical guidance, and scaled the engineering team from 3 to over 100.
