Tracy Stratton has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on management and strategic planning. Starting in 2005, Tracy worked as a Human Resources Manager at Formica Group North America, where they played a vital role in navigating organizational changes and overseeing a labor environment. Tracy then moved on to PRIDE Industries in 2007, where they administered HR manager responsibilities in a diverse work environment. In 2009, Tracy joined Solar Power as a Human Resources Director, where they successfully implemented organizational strategic plans and achieved aggressive business goals. Tracy continued to excel in their field, working as a Human Resources Manager at Dealertrack Technologies in 2012, where they managed collaborative business partnerships and improved business processes. Tracy later served as an Administrative Director at Medic Ambulance Services from 2014 to 2017, overseeing labor relations and ensuring compliance with labor contracts. Tracy then joined Packaging Corporation of America in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager, where they implemented sick leave policies for multiple locations and handled HR activities. Most recently, Tracy has been working at Northern Sheets since 2016, initially as an HR Manager for West Coast Operations and later in a broader Human Resources role. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Manager at Reviver, starting from February 2020, where they contribute their expertise in managing HR functions.
