Danielle Herceg

Danielle Herceg possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Talent Attraction Business Partner at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. since October 2013. Danielle has held various roles, including Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resources Manager, contributing to talent acquisition and organizational development. Prior to Rexall, Danielle worked at Jacob from June 2008 to November 2013 in multiple positions, including Health and Safety Representative, where certification in health and safety practices was achieved. Danielle gained foundational HR experience during an internship with Constellation Brands and developed strong organizational skills as a Communications Dispatcher at Ontario Place. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McMaster University.
