Chris Peddycord is a seasoned professional in digital business solutions and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Digital Business Solutions, Consumer Experience at Reynolds American Inc. since July 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at Market America, Inc., where Chris held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Business Integration and Vice President of Business Analysis, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and aligning IT functions with business objectives. Chris has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, project management, and team leadership, effectively advancing the company’s ecommerce strategies and operational efficiency. Chris holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
