Reynolds Community College
Tyler Craddock is a seasoned professional in governmental affairs with extensive experience since September 2016 as the Governmental Affairs Director for the National Association of Residential Property Managers, overseeing federal advocacy strategies and managing the advocacy team. Concurrently, Tyler serves as Vice President of Government Affairs for both Legislative Strategies Group, LLC and Organization Management Group Inc., focusing on client development and premier government affairs services. As a Board Member of the Chesterfield County Committee on the Future, Tyler contributes to long-range planning initiatives in Chesterfield County. Tyler also holds adjunct instructor positions at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and previously at John Tyler Community College. Earlier roles include Executive Director of the Virginia Manufactured and Modular Housing Association and Director of Government Affairs at the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating a strong background in policy advocacy and legislative affairs. Tyler holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech.

Reynolds Community College served more than 11,000 students during the 2021-22 academic year. It also assisted more than 5,500 learners through its workforce development division, the Community College Workforce Alliance.
