Alan Shields

Alan Shields has extensive experience in the field of data analytics and business intelligence. Alan is the Founder and Director of RFI Global, where they have held various roles including Founder and Chief Data Officer, Founder & Group COO, Founder, Chief Product Officer & Global Head of People and Culture, and Founder and Managing Director of RFi Consulting. Alan has also worked as the Head of Financial Services - Asia Pacific at Datamonitor and as a Consultant at Thomson Reuters.

Alan Shields attended the University of Birmingham from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics. During their studies, they also spent a year at the Université de Bordeaux from 1999 to 2000, completing a License degree in Physique.
