Michelle Takyi

Michelle Takyi, Esq. serves as the Global Associate Director of Employee Relations and Legal Compliance at R/GA since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing global employee relations strategies and providing strategic guidance to executive leadership. Michelle holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
