Eric Rybczynski

Eric Rybczynski is an experienced executive with a background in strategy, innovation, and project management in the insurance and aerospace industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategy & Innovation for the Americas at Reinsurance Group of America, Eric has led product development and project execution at RGAX, contributing to the launch of Greenhouse Life Insurance Company in 2018. Prior roles include Senior Project Management Consultant at Daugherty Business Solutions and Program Manager at GKN Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed project delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Eric holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Proficient in Spanish, Eric also brings experience from various internships in automotive engineering and market strategy.
