Jared Rowden

Jared Rowden is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in actuarial and risk management within the financial sector. Currently serving as Executive Director and Actuary - ALM at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, since November 2017, Jared leads the production of LDTI and IFRS discount rates, oversees complex asset modeling development, and manages market risk practices. Previously, as Executive Director of Quantitative Risk and Associate Actuary in Global Financial Solutions at Summit Strategies, Jared conducted asset/liability studies and advised clients on liability-driven investment strategies. Earlier roles include Post-Closing Supervisor at American Equity Mortgage, where Jared supervised staff and resolved loan issues. Jared holds a B.S. Degree in Finance and Business Economics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
