Mellissa Santos is currently the Chief People Officer at Rhapsody. Previously, Mellissa held similar roles at Elevent, Demiurge Studios, Thrasio, and Deputy. Mellissa has also worked in human resources at companies such as Rakuten USA, The Grommet, and Monster Worldwide. Mellissa has a diverse background in HR leadership and a strong track record of building and leading global people teams. Mellissa also has a background in softball, having played for the Catania-Romolo Murri Softball Team and coached aspiring team members. Mellissa holds a BA in Economics & Psychology with a minor in Classical History from Fairfield University, as well as an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
