Noor Fattah

Noor is a high-performing sales and business development professional known for an exceptional work ethic, strategic mindset, and outside-the-box approach that consistently drives results and earns leadership opportunities.

Starting at Verizon, Noor quickly rose through the ranks—beginning as a Solutions Specialist (2017–2019), then advancing to Small-Medium Business Account Manager (2019–2021), and ultimately to Senior Business Account Manager (2021–2023). In every role, Noor led the region in performance, built strong client relationships, and helped businesses exceed their growth targets through tailored, tech-forward solutions.

In 2023, Noor brought that same drive and ingenuity to Rhombus as a Commercial Account Executive, immediately making an impact and earning a fast-track promotion to SLED Account Executive in 2024. In this role, Noor leads SLED accounts across five key states (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Kentucky), helping public sector organizations implement smarter, scalable technologies to enhance safety, efficiency, and operations.

Noor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History, and Philosophy from Cleveland State University—an interdisciplinary education that sharpened critical thinking, communication, and a deep understanding of how systems and people interact.
