Laura started their career in 2006 with Electronic Exchange Systems (EXS), where they served as a Senior Relationship Manager. In this role, they managed relationships between independent sales offices and corporate departments, as well as conducted new agent training. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Global Business Financial as an Operations Manager. Here, their responsibilities included coordinating daily sales, planning, operations, and marketing activities, as well as managing partner/banking relationships. Since 2011, Laura has been working at RIB North America as the Director of Sales and BPM Operations.
