Vandita Maheshwari has accumulated extensive experience in the fashion and merchandising industry, currently serving as a Merchant since September 2017 at Richa Group, where the focus has shifted from a passion for embroidery to a dedication to merchandising. Previous roles include Assistant Designer for American Eagle Outfitters and Fashion Designer Retail Head at Petals Children Wear, overseeing design and online operations. Vandita began the professional journey with internships at Richa Group and Aditya Birla Group, gaining insights into export processes and fabric manufacturing. Academically, Vandita holds a B.Des in Fashion/Apparel Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Kangra, and recently completed further education at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur.
