Brad is currently the Program Manager, Fitness & Wellness at Richmond Olympic Oval and the Head Coach at PainFree Performance Coaching. Brad has also worked in various roles such as Director of Events & Experiences at WRKOUT Media Ltd., Manager at Innovative Fitness, and Owner/exercise physiologist & strength coach at 212 degrees Human Performance & Wellness. With a strong focus on fascial stretch therapy, postural therapy, and sport performance, Brad is dedicated to helping athletes and individuals achieve their personal best.
