Tom Fogger

Tom Fogger is an experienced operations and service delivery manager with a strong background in both the corporate and culinary sectors. Currently serving as the Enterprise/Area Operations Manager at Ricoh USA, Inc., since February 2018, Tom oversees significant service contracts and has driven profit growth through account management and operational efficiencies. With prior roles including Service Delivery Manager at both Ricoh Americas Corporation and the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, Tom has demonstrated expertise in staff management, budgeting, and project oversight. Tom also possesses investigative experience from the Defense Logistics Agency and the US Army Criminal Investigation Command, along with educational credentials including a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
