Kaleb Poth is an experienced professional in purchasing and operations management with a strong background in supply chain and merchandising. Currently serving as a Senior NPI Buyer at Fox Factory since May 2021, Kaleb previously held the title of Buyer at THE HARRIS PRODUCTS GROUP, managing procurement from over 70 domestic and international suppliers. With earlier experience as an Assistant Store Manager in Merchandising at Kroger and Operations and Purchasing Manager at Livermore Feed/Concord Feed, Kaleb has demonstrated effective leadership and compliance in sales initiatives and inventory management. Kaleb began a career that includes roles such as Purchaser and Vendor Negotiations at Concord Feed, Missionary at Adventures In Missions, and various management positions in retail and operations. Kaleb holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Arizona University.
