Joseph Roche

Joseph Roche is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in web management and engineering at Lutron Electronics since May 2009, where roles have included Platform Manager and Senior Systems Applications Engineer. Responsibilities have focused on corporate website content, infrastructure, and collaboration with various departments to support business initiatives. Joseph is also an Associate Head Coach for the Rider University ACHA D2 Ice Hockey Club, providing expertise in defense coaching, player development, and recruiting. Joseph holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Canisius University. Certifications include Level 4 from USA Hockey.
