Associate Head Coach- Alpine Skiing at University of Denver

Mary Rachel Hostetter currently serves as the Associate Head Coach for Alpine Skiing at the University of Denver since August 2021. With a strong background in public relations and communications, Hostetter operates PR by M.R. LLC as a consultant, developing and executing public relations campaigns and managing media relations, community relations, and project management. Previous coaching roles include Head U-14 Men's and Women's Alpine Coach for Lake Eldora Racing Team and Head Men's and Women's Alpine Ski Coach at St. Olaf College. Hostetter has also held various positions in marketing and communications, including Lead USSA/FIS Coach at Vail Resorts and Director of Marketing and Events for the Ultimate Ski and Snowboard Challenge. Hostetter earned a Master of Science in Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.
