Suzanne Griffiths has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on global operations and cultural transformation. Suzanne has worked for Rieke since 2014, where they have served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources & EHS, leading efforts to support significant operational changes and cultural growth across multiple countries. Prior to Rieke, Suzanne worked for Eaton, where they held various global HR director positions, overseeing personnel across 40 locations worldwide. Before Eaton, they spent over 15 years at Jaguar Land Rover, taking on various HR roles, including labor strategy planning and regional HR leadership positions. During their time at Jaguar Land Rover, Suzanne managed HR matters in multiple overseas markets, conducted due diligence for business acquisitions, and oversaw employee transitions following structural changes. Overall, Suzanne Griffiths has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, organizational development, and strategic planning throughout their career.
Suzanne Griffiths earned a BA Hons degree in Business from Humberside Business School, which they attended from 1992 to 1995. Later, they pursued further education at Coventry Business School, where they completed a Pg Dip in Personnel Management between 1999 and 2001.
