Kelly Samrai

Kelly Samrai is an experienced HR professional with a robust career in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Rimes since March 2025, Kelly previously held the same title at Luno from August 2019 to March 2025 and at WorldFirst from November 2014 to July 2019, where Kelly also took on the role of Group HR Director. Prior experience includes positions as Director of HR and Head of Business Partnering at Stemcor between May 2008 and October 2014, as well as HR Advisor at Experian QAS UK from September 2005 to May 2008. Kelly holds a First-Class degree in Psychology from University College London, earned between January 2001 and December 2004.
