Kevin McDermott

Mr. McDermott serves as VP, Managed Service Provider, Global Partners. In this role he is a key contributor to the ServiceNow Global Partnership and other SaaS Partnerships.

Mr. McDermott is a skilled executive leader with 30 years of experience in software and solution sales. Adept at identifying key triggers inside complex issues and creating simple solutions for clients, he and the teams he led at both Xerox and SAP have consistently overachieved.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. McDermott was Head of Services Channel Sales, North America at SAP America where he increased cloud software sales by 254%.

Previously, Mr. McDermott held several other titles at SAP America. Prior to these roles, he was a Business Services Executive at Xerox Corporation. He has also served on the board of iCoreConnect since 2022 supporting their mission on leveraging cloud-based software and SaaS platforms to enhance healthcare workflows.
