Frank Riley is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various sectors, including defense, public health, and technology. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Rincon Research since March 2005, Frank leads the architecture of advanced digital signal processing systems. As the owner of Theta, LLC since 2017, Frank engages in trading and managing a private fund, while also operating GearHead Software, LLC, established in 2009 to market tuning software for Harley Davidson engines. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Scientific Technologies, where Frank developed web-based disease surveillance systems, and Software Engineer at Newmonics, focusing on embedded systems. Frank holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University, obtained in 1999.
