Jonathan Chiang is an experienced software development leader currently serving as the Director of Software Development at Ring since January 2022. Previously, Jonathan held the role of Vice President of Software Engineering at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from October 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Jonathan had a progressive career at Comcast, where roles included Executive Director, Senior Director, and Chief Architect of Cloud Infrastructure from February 2016 to January 2022. Jonathan's career also includes significant contributions at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory as IT Chief Engineer and Technical Manager from 2005 to February 2016, and as Systems Engineer at Superior Communications from 1999 to 2003. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Redlands (2010-2012) and completed a Project Management program at Caltech in 2008.
